Hypnotherapy is a guided trance technique of hypnosis to relax and bring the mind into a theta state of relaxation which is in between the awaken and sleep state of self. Once in the theta state of mind, the client can reach the subconscious mind. All the bad habits, bad behaviors, disempowering limited beliefs reside in the subconscious mind. Your past experiences, memories, anything that you’ve seen or thought all are in your subconscious mind. Even, past life karmic energetic events reside in your subconscious mind. The subconscious mind is what drives our behavior and thought patterns in the present moments of our lives.

What Technique is Being Used?

Most people think that hypnosis is making clients crow like roosters or making them do things in an unconscious manner. However, the technique being used with Guide and Light is having the client lay down comfortably. A meditation will be spoken to place the client in a theta state of mind. The client is in full control, the hypnotherapist will then guide the client into their issues by using suggestions or helping the client dig deeper into their past. The hypnotherapist will slowly awaken the client from the theta state to further discuss issues if any. Hypnotherapy can help with anything that is not in alignment with our true self.

Past Life Regression

Past Life Regression is a way to see deeper into core issues and removes any unwanted disempowering beliefs. The client will be guided further into the subconscious mind (like a dream) to release any negativity to the clients challenge and or reoccurring events. Past Life Regression is a more in depth hypnotherapy service and if this is your first time doing any meditation, it will be suggested to do complete a traditional hypnotherapy program first.

This Hypnotherapy service program is to help with the need to Stop Smoking. This program includes 2 – traditional sessions.
